This hand-pulled lithograph is part of a series of four lithographs in the Upper Missouri River Suite. The Bishops, Floating on the Missouri, and Missouri River Breaks are the other three images in the series. Monte was inspired to paint this series through the memory of fishing trips on the Missouri river with his father as a young boy.
